ROGER PIGGOTT
GENERAL MANAGER

Roger manages all Murray River North Group operations and has been General Manager since 2007. He is dedicated to providing building solutions across various industries in some of Australia’s most inaccessible and remote locations.

Roger has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, with a passion for modular building. His qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration, a Diploma of Building and Construction CPC 50210, and he is a registered building practitioner 104325. Roger firmly believes that early engagement is critical to any successful modular project.

NATHAN HOLLIS
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Nathan is responsible for the preconstruction management at TR Homes and MRN Construction. He ensures efficient operation across multiple teams and implements operational changes to improve business and client outcomes.

Nathan’s gained expertise working on residential, commercial, and government projects with 20 years of residential construction experience. This included subdivisions and multi-story dwellings to retirement village projects.

Nathan upholds our company’s fundamental values of responsiveness, reliability, and respect in all business operations, helping the businesses grow to become a leader in remote area construction.

DENE PURDON
GROUP CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Dene oversees all MRN Group construction across our four branches. With over 30 years in the industry, he began his career as a carpenter in 1987 and later founded Brolga Developments, which he successfully led for 20 years. Under his leadership, the company grew to exceed $25 million in annual revenue, conducting residential, commercial, and government projects throughout Western Australia, including the Kimberley region.

Dene prides himself on delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting the unique needs of each client.

CHRIS JOHNSTON
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Chris brings his extensive experience and technical know-how to our organisation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. He ensures the smooth operation of our Maddington and interstate yards by coordinating schedules, trades, and materials according to various project requirements.

Chris has nearly forty years of experience across multiple fields in the building and construction industry. In 11 years working as an Assistant Construction Manager and then General Manager for an award-winning residential builder, he oversaw 30 staff, built over six hundred renovations, and implemented a granny flat and modular second-storey range.

JADE RARARE
PROJECT SITE SUPERVISOR

With over 20 years of expertise across the residential, commercial, mining, and civil infrastructure sectors, Jade brings a wealth of technical knowledge to modular developments. As a qualified carpenter, he has a sophisticated understanding of construction processes, having worked extensively on a range of projects, including precast and modular builds.

Jade specialises in driving operational efficiency through expert subcontractor management and team leadership. He excels at maintaining strict budget control and clear client liaison, ensuring seamless project delivery. A versatile professional, Jade is committed to achieving premium results and high-level site coordination for even the most complex projects.

MATT BROOKES
OPERATIONS MANAGER – ALICE SPRINGS
Matt has been working with MRN Construction since 1999. In this vital role, he efficiently manages the logistics of all construction projects at our Alice Springs facility, frequently engaging with project managers to ensure projects run smoothly. His quality control ensures clients receive the highest standard of workmanship. In addition, he manages subcontractors, permanent staff, and the supply of materials prioritising safety and productivity.
