In 2021 MRN Construction completed a redevelopment project for RAC Esperance Holiday Park, which included the construction and installation of 17 modular buildings, including:
- 2×1 Disabled Cabin
- 2×1 Cabin (x4)
- 3×2 Cabin (x2)
- Camp Kitchen
- Recreation Room
- 1 Bedroom Duplex (x2)
- Ablution Buildings (x3)
- Quad Ensuite Buildings x2)
- Assistant Manager’s Cabin
MRN was awarded the contract for this beachside project following a rigorous competitive tender process. There was a strict deadline for completion, so the park could reopen in time for Christmas, requiring meticulous planning and execution. To facilitate the construction, the park was temporarily closed during construction.
